We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join a well-established company in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment and are keen to contribute to a growing business.

You’ll be reporting directly to the Production Manager
.

• Operate within the warehouse using machinery.
• Heavy lifting and completing paperwork as and when required.
• Carry out general warehouse and manual handling duties.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to think on their feet.

Must have a machine operating background with proven experience.

• £13.25 - £15.13 per hour
• Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00
