Role Summary As Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop in Wellingborough, ensuring all plant equipment is maintained, serviced, and prepared to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical expertise with team supervision. You will manage workshop engineers, allocate workloads, maintain health & safety standards, and ensure equipment is ready for hire and customer delivery.
