Role Overview
My client operates a food waste processing plant and requires a Telehandler Operator who can also perform Labourer duties on an approximately 50:50 basis at their Rushden NN10 site on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis.
Working HoursMonday to Friday, 07:30 – 15:30 hrs (negotiable) plus overtime.
LocationRushden NN10, UK.
Responsibilities- Operate a front bucket JCB to load food waste into the hopper.
- Maintain optimum food waste levels in the processing plant.
- Clean the yard, jet‑wash lorries and ground after deliveries.
- Tidy away equipment.
- Act as banksman and assist wherever required.
- Current Telehandlers licence (mandatory).
- Flexible to work both telehandler and labourer duties.
- Willingness to work in a smelly, wet environment.
- Good communication skills and safety awareness.
- Full PPE provided.
- Full training provided.
