We are recruiting for experienced Composite Trimmers to work the late-shift at our Wellingborough site. Working 4:00pm to 2:30am, Monday – Thursday, you will support the smooth functioning of the Trim-Shop department.

We work to the highest standards and our Trim team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas.

• Have some composite trim experience.
• Have basic knowledge of using tools.
• Experience in a production environment and is used to a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Have a passion for the F1 and Automotive industry.
• Has good hand eye co-ordination.
• Can follow written and verbal instructions.
• Someone who is practical and enjoys practical working.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Is a team player.
