Temp to Perm Quest Employment is currently recruiting! We are looking for reliable and motivated Production/Yard Operatives to join a leading manufacturer based in Wellingborough . The Role As a Production/Yard Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Operating machinery safely and in line with health and safety procedures Manufacturing timber products and components to customer specifications Picking, sorting, and organizing materials to support production schedules Assisting with general production, yard, and manual handling duties Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Completing training to develop your skills across different areas of the business What We're Looking For Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or yard environment is preferred A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Good understanding of health and safety procedures Ability to carry out manual handling tasks Counterbalance, Side Loader, or Multi-Directional Forklift Truck licence is desirable but not essential Apply Today If you're looking for a new opportunity with a successful manufacturing business where you can develop your skills and build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.
