Axalta is seeking a Manufacturing Operator (rotation shift) for our Wellingborough, UK facility. You will manufacture formulations to meet planned volumes while following safety and quality standards.
You will engage in continuous improvement activities to improve quality, cost, delivery, and team development, rotating across manufacturing areas as required. The role requires attendance on a rotation basis (6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm), GCSE/NVQ 2 or equivalent, and ideally Maths/English
