FM Conway is launching a brand-new asphalt plant in Wellingborough and seeks a Lead Plant Fitter to lead mechanical maintenance, maximise uptime and drive site performance. You will start with full training across Southeast sites, before leading from day one at the new Midlands plant opening in 2027.
The role requires a proven maintenance background in heavy industry, strong leadership, and a proactive approach with a UK driving licence.
