You’ll work closely with senior leaders to turn strategy into action and ensure colleagues across the Whitworth Food Group feel informed, engaged, and connected.
Location: Wellingborough

Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The RoleYou’ll support the development and delivery of the marketing strategy for the milling division, working closely with the Head of Marketing to bring plans to life. You’ll ensure all activity stays closely aligned to sales priorities and resonates with both internal and external stakeholders. Day to day, you’ll lead integrated marketing campaigns, from content creation and brand positioning to managing budgets and tracking ROI;
while continually gathering market and competitor insights to support informed decision‑making across sales and finance. You’ll represent the brand confidently at events, exhibitions, and industry dinners, offering support to the wider team where needed. Alongside this, you’ll coordinate internal marketing resources and manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure our activity is delivered smoothly, professionally, and with real impact.
You Will Handle Internal And External Communications
- Deliver communications that inspire and connect colleagues across WBL, Carr's, and the KTC Food Group
- Partner with HR to strengthen our employer brand, supporting EVP work, community engagement, early careers, and STEM outreach
- Lead clear, accessible communication across all sites - from leadership updates and town halls to digital messaging and intranet content
- Provide confident internal comms support during organisational change or business‑critical events
- Plan and deliver engagement activities that bring our strategy to life and strengthen our culture, including recognition programmes and colleague events
- Demonstrable experience developing and delivering marketing activity that supports sales growth
- Proven ability to measure and report ROI on marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or coordinating marketing activity within both B2B and B2C environments
- Evidence of delivering impactful communication strategies that support employee engagement and external talent attraction
- Highly organised and reliable in delivering work to agreed timelines
- Purposeful and proactive in approach
- Strong planning capability with a focus on execution
- Collaborative and confident working with stakeholders across the business
- Engaging communication style with the ability to bring ideas to life
- Strong emotional intelligence, tailoring messages to different audiences in a clear and digestible way
