Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in a nursing home located in Wellingborough . As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their well-being in a comfortable and supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a nursing home with both day and night shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on patient care to residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to any changes in health. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure care plans are followed. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory requirements. Provide support and guidance to junior nursing staff and other team members.

Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse. Experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality care under pressure.

Salary and Benefits :
Competitive hourly rate of £19 - £21 per hour , depending on experience. Full-time position with day shifts (36 hours per week) or day shifts (42 hours per week). Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills. Supportive and collaborative working environment. Important:
