Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager (Music)to lead the growth of our Music Publishing and Audio-Visual Services activities.

This is a key leadership role for someone with substantial experience in the commercial music publishing industry
and a strong understanding of publishing, copyright, licensing and catalogue development. You will identify new opportunities, grow revenue streams, expand audiences and strengthen SATCoL's position within the UK and international music markets.

Working closely with our in-house team and industry partners, you will drive the development of our publishing catalogue, support the growth of SAmusicplay
, and lead our Audio-Visual Services Unit.

We are looking for a commercially astute leader with a strong industry network, a proven track record of growing publishing revenues and catalogues, and the ability to build influential partnerships that deliver long-term commercial success.

If you know the music publishing industry and have a track record of growing a successful music publishing business, we'd love to hear from you! This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Support Centre in Wellingborough.

• Have significant experience in commercial music publishing, including catalogue development, copyright and licensing
• Have a proven track record of growing music publishing revenues and building successful industry partnerships
• Can influence and build strong relationships with composers, arrangers, conductors, contest organisers and other key stakeholders
• Are a strategic, commercially minded leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver results
