HGVC Drivers

Overview

We are recruiting for experienced 7.5 tonne and HGV 2 drivers for our customer, a national distributor of flatpack products based in Northampton (NN4), to work as part of a 2-man team delivering a mixture of flatpack products to residential houses and flats.

• Deliver flatpack products as part of a two-person team to residential houses and flats.

Successful candidates will be required to work Tuesday to Saturday each week with start times between 04:00–06:00, 45 hours per week.

These roles are temp with pay from £16 per hour, then £39,000 when permanent.

• Valid Class 2 licence, valid Tachograph card and valid CPC card.
• We can also accept drivers with a minimum of 3–6 months’ experience with a maximum of 6 points.
• Excellent timekeeping, the ability to work unsupervised, and ideally an in-date DBS check (or apply for one upon starting).
• This is a physically demanding role; all candidates must be physically fit and have manual handling experience.
