We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us in our Wellingborough DC.

Working in our distribution centres means fast paced environments, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to think quickly and work as part of a team to ensure orders are picked accurately and on time with seamless delivery to our customers.

This role is working any 5 days from 7, with various shifts to be discussed.

Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test.

• Picking and packing customer orders, using a handheld terminal to understand pick expectations.
• Receiving, storing and stacking appropriately.
• Working with integrity to fulfil stock requirements and needs.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment with health and safety top of mind.
• Opportunities to be trained on LLOPs and FLTs in certain areas of the DCs.
• Working across ambient, chilled and freezer sections; preferences will be discussed in process details.

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• A hardworking approach, able to work to deadlines, professional, positive, organized and enthusiastic.
• While proven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, it is not essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative; self-motivation is key.
