Quest Employment are currently recruiting FLT Drivers (Reach & Counterbalance) for our client based in Wellingborough (NN8). This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse operation with ongoing work for reliable and motivated individuals.

The Role

As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for operating both Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to replenish pick-face locations, complete full pallet picks and put away inbound stock within a Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as your work directly impacts customer orders and dispatch.

This is a varied role combining FLT operation with general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

Replenishment

Replenish pick-face locations in line with warehouse demand.
Remove banding and outer packaging before replenishment.
Ensure pick locations are not overfilled.
Report any damaged or unsuitable storage locations.
Maintain clean, organised and accessible pick faces.
