We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy chilled distribution centre in Raunds, Northampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who have previous warehouse experience and are looking for consistent work with excellent weekend pay rates.

AVAILABLE SHIFT PATTERNS

Shift 1:
Saturday to Wednesday | 06:00–14:30

Shift 2:
Tuesday to Saturday | 06:00–14:30

You must be able to reliably get to work and be ready to start at 6:00 AM. Please ensure you have suitable transport or travel arrangements in place.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This role is based in a chilled warehouse, so you must be comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment.

Previous warehouse experience is essential. Experience in picking, loading/unloading, stock handling or chilled warehouse operations would be particularly beneficial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Picking orders accurately using voice-picking technology
Loading and unloading inbound and outbound vehicles
Stock rotation and checking product date codes
Meeting productivity and accuracy targets
Following warehouse procedures and health & safety guidelines
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Replenishing stock and materials as required
Supporting general warehouse operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous warehouse experience – ESSENTIAL

Ability to start work at 6:00 AM – ESSENTIAL

Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment

Available to work weekends as part of the shift pattern

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Good communication and basic numeracy skills

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Able to work independently and as part of a team

PAY RATES – PAID WEEKLY!

Day Rates (04:00–18:00)

Monday–Friday: £12.71/hr
Overtime after 40 hours: £19.07/hr
Saturday: £15.89/hr
Sunday: £19.07/hr
Bank Holidays: £25.42/hr

Night Rates (18:00–04:00)

Monday–Friday: £15.63/hr
Overtime after 40 hours: £21.99/hr
Saturday: £18.81/hr
Sunday: £21.99/hr
Bank Holidays: £28.34/hr

Pay rates depend on the days and hours worked. The advertised shifts are 06:00–14:30.
