Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer / Quality Compliance Engineer / Quality Supervisor / Quality Manager  A Quality Compliance Engineer is required to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business. Due to continued growth and supply-chain demand, the business is looking for an experienced Quality professional to support project and operational quality activities across manufacturing partners, suppliers, and customers, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Package:
£36,00 till £45,000 dependent on experience

Monday to Thursday 08:00 till 17:00 and Friday 08:00 till 13:00

Quality Engineer / Quality Compliance Engineer / Quality Supervisor / Quality Manager Responsibilities:
Manage and improve Project and Operational Quality Management activities

Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure parts are fit for process and meet specifications

Plan and carry out internal audits in line with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
Lead structured problem solving using 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis

Develop and maintain Supplier Performance Management systems

Quality Engineer / Quality Compliance Engineer / Quality Supervisor / Quality Manager Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

Experience as an Internal or Lead Auditor

Strong understanding of RCA, 5 Why, and Fishbone methodologies

Background in hands-on engineering or manufacturing environments

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience with inspection techniques, gauges, and test equipment
