Electrical Engineer / Controls Engineer (Specialist Training)
£42,000 - £50,000 + USA Controls Training + Progression to Product Expert + Rare Travel + 39 Hours Per Week + 33 Days Holiday + Medical Cash Back.
Workshop based; commutable from Taunton, Tiverton, Wellington, Chard, Exeter, Bampton and surrounding areas.
OverviewWe are recruiting an aspiring Controls Engineer from an Electrical, Maintenance, or Service Engineering background to become a Controls Product Expert through bespoke in‑house training and OEM training in Los Angeles, while maintaining a great work‑life balance.
Responsibilities- Workshop‑based fault finding, diagnostics and part programming of bespoke PLC systems such as Siemens and custom systems.
- Work schedule:
7.45am – 5pm Monday to Thursday; 8.30am – 12.30pm on Friday. - Participate in technical training and career progression to product expert.
- Previous electrical engineering experience.
- Competitive salary (£42,000 – £50,000).
