Moulding Setter

Location: Telford
Salary: 34,242.12 per annum
Shift Pattern: Panama Shift

• 2 weeks of days

• 2 weeks of nights

We are currently recruiting for an Injection Moulding Setter to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Telford. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with proven injection moulding experience who is comfortable working a Panama shift pattern.

You'll play a key role in ensuring machines are set, optimised, and running efficiently to meet production and quality targets.

• Setting and adjusting injection moulding machines

• Tool changes, start-ups, and shutdowns

• Optimising cycle times and process parameters

• Troubleshooting moulding and process issues

• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout production

• Working closely with production and quality teams

• Adhering to health & safety and company procedures

• Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Setter

• Strong understanding of injection moulding processes

• Ability to fault-find and resolve process-related issues

• Comfortable working a rotating Panama shift pattern (days & nights)

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
