Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am

Our client, a respected international packaging manufacturer, is expanding their night shift team and looking for motivated Production Operatives. Operate and set up advanced production machinery
Maintain high-quality product standards
Support continuous improvement and reduce downtime

Pay & Progression

Starting Rate: £14.23/hour
One Machine Trained: £15.66/hour
Multi-Skilled Rate: £18.44/hour

Overtime (Paid at +50%)

£21.35/hour (based on £14.23 starting rate)
£23.49/hour (after one machine)
£27.66/hour (multi‑skilled)
