Part-Time CNC Operator / Programmer (Mon to Thu, 3pm to 8pm)

Pay Rate: 13.50 to 14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Hortonwood, Telford
Job Type: Part time, Temporary to Permanent
Schedule: 20 hours per week. Monday to Thursday, 3pm to 8pm (no Fridays or weekends)

Connect Recruitment Partners is looking for a Part-Time CNC Operator / Programmer to join a leading local business in Telford.

Pay Rates

• 14.50 per hour:
  Experienced candidates with CNC programming capability.
• 13.50 per hour:
  Skilled operators looking to train up into programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load raw materials into machines and run production cycles.
• Perform programming and machine setup (for higher tier candidates).
• Inspect finished parts to ensure high quality and correct specifications.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery or general manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work the 3pm to 8pm shift, Monday to Thursday.
• Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.
