Responsibilities

Design and implement test automation solutions from scratch
Apply TDD/BDD methodologies and risk-based testing
Support CI/CD pipelines and shift-left quality practices
Coach team members on quality engineering best practices
Perform testing across all levels, including unit, system, integration, and non-functional testing
Analyse business requirements and create testing strategies
Manage test data and testing collateral
Participate in development through pair programming

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with a data focus and ETL testing experience to join our Core Modernisation team as we modernise systems across multiple technology stacks. This is a 6-month contract inside IR35, offered at a rate of 450 a day, with a hybrid location in Telford and one onsite day every three weeks. We work in agile scrum teams of 4 to 8 engineers on 2-week sprints, and our environment includes Remix React, JavaScript, Java, Spring, .NET,

MongoDB, Oracle, RabbitMQ, and JSON.
