• Lead and support a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team.

• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store.
• Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively to deliver sales results.
• Strong planning and execution skills; able to work independently.
• Flexible and adaptable, with ability to multi‑task and balance priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Effective maneuvering around sales floor and stockroom; repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
• Independently work and lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
