We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Christmas Light Installers for the upcoming holiday season. In this role, you will be responsible for installing holiday lighting and decorations on residential and commercial properties. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and a commitment to safety.

• Humbug Holiday Lighting helps homeowners enjoy the magic of the holiday season.
• It''s easy to love your home when it''s beautifully lit and decorated during the holiday season. What''s not easy, however, is all of the work that comes with it. That''s where we come in. We install the lights, go up and down the ladders, troubleshoot strands that don''t work, uninstall the lights and store them during the off season.

• Installation: Install Christmas lights and decorations on homes, trees, bushes, roofs, and other structures according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation, such as faulty lights or structural challenges.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lighting displays as needed throughout the season.
• Takedown: Assist with the removal and storage of lights and decorations after the holiday season.

• Experience: Previous experience in holiday light installation, general labor, construction, or landscaping is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and good communication skills.
• Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, during the holiday season.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required.

Pay is based on the size of the installation. Jobs are estimated based on a $20/hr rate. Get projects done more quickly to increase your hourly rate. Commissions are also paid for any up sales to customer and other activities.
