As a Foreperson with Brian Perry Civil, you’ll lead site activities to deliver piling and ground engineering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with the project team, manage resources, and coach others while ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Oversee foundations plant and labour resources, ensuring the right people and equipment are in the right place at the right time.
• Drive performance by ensuring quality, cost, safety, and productivity targets are met.
• Monitor progress and problem-solve to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Organise and oversee daily construction tasks to meet programme and quality standards
• Monitor productivity, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental controls are applied and documented
• Coach and support team members, fostering skill development and teamwork
• Maintain accurate records for progress, quality, and compliance

• Trade qualification preferred, with proven ability to manage subcontractors
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure works and team supervision
• Strong understanding of HSEQ principles and ability to lead by example
• Skilled in interpreting drawings and specifications and communicating requirements
• Excellent organisational and time management skills under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder engagement
