We are looking for an Office Manager with strong Treatment Coordinating skills to join our team long term, in our practice. Great customer service, positive attitude, presents well, dental knowledge, and team building skills is a must.

Five year Experience as a Dental Manager is required!

Insurance experience required with HMO and PPO

Experience must be verified with previous Employers and References

Experience with multiple locations as well as multiple Doctors is a plus as we do have multiple locations

Compensation based on experience and personality.

We are an established modern practice that delivers exceptional, high quality general dentistry for the entire family. This is a full time position, 5 days a week. We are a busy and fast paced practice with a wonderful team!

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone and speak to people in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Answer basic mathematical questions and look up information in a database.
  • Answer questions regarding business hours, location, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, and payments.
  • Take detailed messages for callers.
  • Be able to use office equipment such as phones, fax machines, copiers, and computer systems.
  • Ability to fill and keep the schedule filled.
  • Make sure the dental schedule is optimized.
  • Call backs for Hygiene and Dental treatment to keep schedule busy.
  • Treatment coordination skills to keep schedule filled.
  • Insurance knowledge.
  • Ability to post claims.
  • Knowledge of ledgers.
  • Responsible.
