Modern Dental Smiles is an established, premier privately owned dental practice led by a single owner with three locations across Palm Beach County (Jupiter/Juno Beach, Boynton Beach, and Wellington). Our team includes multiple doctors, experienced hygienists, and a supportive administrative and clinical staff.

  Full-time hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends!).

• Patient Care & Comfort:
  Greet patients warmly, walk them to operatories, answer general dental questions, and make sure they feel comfortable before and during procedures.
• Chairside Assisting:
  Assist doctors through standard 4-handed dentistry across general restorative care and routine exams.
• Sterilization & Room Setup:
  Prepare operatories, set up dental instruments, and sterilize equipment according to health and safety regulations.
• X-rays & Impressions:
  Take clear digital dental X-rays and assist with basic impressions or tray setups.
• Operatory Maintenance:
  Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting program / Dental Assistant School (required).
• Valid Florida Dental Radiography certification (or EFDA).
• Friendly, cheerful personality with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a desire to learn and take instruction well.
• Experience with Dentrix (or general dental software) is a plus, but not required.
