Senior Interior Designer
- Luxury Residential | Wellington, FL

We are seeking a high-energy, self-directed Senior Interior Designer to join a dynamic, creative team specializing in luxury custom homes. In this role, you’ll bring your expertise to projects exceeding 10,000 sq. ft., transforming spaces into timeless, sophisticated interiors that reflect the personality and lifestyle of discerning private clients.

This is a unique opportunity to lead design implementation from concept through completion, working closely with clients, architects, and contractors in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where creativity and precision are celebrated.

• Lead design for luxury custom home interiors, ensuring innovative, high-quality solutions
• Communicate professionally with clients, presenting design concepts, space plans, and material selections
• Manage budgets, schedules, and design deliverables, keeping projects on track and within scope
• Specify and coordinate FF&E, custom furnishings, decorative lighting, and related interior details
• Provide guidance and mentorship to design team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Oversee installation and ensure design intent is achieved with impeccable attention to detail
• Apply technical knowledge of interior architecture and custom home construction to solve complex design challenges
• Research and source unique finishes, materials, and furnishings to create distinctive and elegant interiors

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent
• 10+ years of luxury residential design experience, with a proven record of 10,000+ sq. ft. custom homes
• Expertise in AutoCAD and design presentation software
• Exceptional eye for color, texture, pattern, and proportion
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
• Deep understanding of budgeting, estimating, and project coordination techniques
• Passion for creating refined, timeless interiors and a knack for turning complex challenges into elegant solutions
