Enqor is a new modern Reformer Pilates and yoga studio in Lake Worth built for people who take their wellness seriously and want training that delivers real results. Our classes blend modern Pilates, athletic yoga, and intentional coaching to create movement that is precise, challenging, and grounding. We are not a fluff or vibe studio. We value form, clarity, and consistency.

As we launch from the ground up, we are building a team culture centered on high standards, real community, and meaningful impact for every client who walks through the door.

As our Founding Lead Instructor, you will set the tone for ENQOR from day one. You’re not just teaching classes; you’re helping build our method, shape our instructor team, and define the experience clients will come to know as our standard. This is a cornerstone role for someone who thrives in movement, leadership, and collaboration, and is excited to help build a high-performance yoga and Pilates studio from the ground up.

You’ll report directly to the Studio Owner and must be available for evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates bring strong teaching experience, discipline, and a passion for creating something new.

• Teach powerful, high-intensity Pilates and yoga classes that reflect Enqor’s athletic, precision-driven method.
• Deliver clear cueing, strong technical coaching, and safe progressions for all experience levels.
• Contribute to building Enqor’s class formats, sequencing, and signature training methodology.
• Ensure consistency and quality of programming across all instructors.
• Train, mentor, and develop new instructors to uphold Enqor’s coaching standards.
• Audit classes, provide constructive feedback, and support ongoing instructor performance.
• Manage instructor schedules, coordinate substitute coverage, and step in to teach when needed.
• Support instructor onboarding and offboarding with professionalism and clarity.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and uphold equipment standards before and after every class.
• Represent Enqor at community events, partnerships, and studio promotions to help grow and strengthen the member community.

• Availability for scheduled classes, instructor training, leadership duties, and weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Consistent and reliable execution by arriving early, prepared, and modeling professionalism.
• Commitment to learning and upholding Enqor’s methodology and helping train the team in it.
• Ability to step in and cover classes when needed to maintain studio continuity.
• Active involvement in onboarding, training standards, and performance development.
• Clear and solution-oriented communication with ownership and the instructor team.
• Leadership that sets the tone for studio culture, accountability, and high standards.
• Preferred (not required): RYT-200 yoga certification (minimum);
  Mat + Reformer Pilates certification.
• 3+ years of teaching experience with a focus on Pilates, Yoga and/or athletic, precision-based movement.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and injury-aware coaching.
• Experience mentoring or developing instructors in a studio setting.
• Ability to coach beginners and high-performers with clear, confident cues.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Professional reliability, strong communication, and a leadership mindset suited for a high-performance studio.
