** Lead, develop, and mentor a team by communicating effectively, sharing knowledge, and taking accountability, creating an environment where people feel supported to learn, grow, and collaborate. 12–15 years of experience

Consultancy experience and a growth mindset Strong local experience in geotechnical analysis and design, with expertise in settlement, foundations, slope stability, and retaining wall design

An understanding of and experience with Te Ao Māori is highly desirable
