ProMD Health is looking for an experienced Laser Technician & Aesthetician to join our growing team. We’re open to part-time candidates with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the practice and patient base continue to expand.

This is not a “just perform the treatment” kind of role. We’re looking for someone who can consult, educate, recommend, sell, retain, and deliver results — someone who takes ownership of their patients from their first consultation through their long-term treatment journey.

Our ideal candidate is confident, energetic, results-driven, and a true go-getter. You should be comfortable seeing patients independently, making thoughtful treatment and skincare recommendations, and helping patients understand the value of a comprehensive, long-term approach to their aesthetic goals.

What You'll Do

• See patients independently and take ownership of their experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up.
• Conduct in-depth patient consultations, including reviewing medical history, skin type, concerns, goals, treatment expectations, and previous aesthetic treatments.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs and desired results.
• Clearly explain treatment options, benefits, risks, expected outcomes, potential side effects, and appropriate aftercare.
• Set realistic expectations while creating confidence and excitement around the patient's treatment plan.
• Obtain appropriate consents and ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their experience.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships that turn first-time patients into loyal ProMD patients.
• Provide a wide range of medical aesthetic and skincare services within the scope of your licensure and applicable state regulations, including:
  Laser facials and body treatments,

Laser hair removal, Skin rejuvenation and resurfacing, Facials, Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, Chemical peels, Waxing, Lash and brow tinting and Other treatments and services as trained and approved

• Customize treatments according to patient needs, skin type, treatment history, and provider recommendations.
• Follow established protocols and maintain a high standard of safety, sanitation, and clinical care.
• Stay current on new technologies, treatment modalities, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine.
• Educate patients on skincare products, ingredients, treatments, and the benefits of incorporating professional skincare into their aesthetic journey.
• Make thoughtful, personalized skincare recommendations based on each patient's skin concerns and treatment goals.
• Develop and reinforce appropriate home-care routines.
• Become highly knowledgeable about ProMD Health's skincare products, treatments, and protocols.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in dermatology, skincare, aesthetic medicine, and professional products.
• Attend required training and actively pursue continuing education to continuously expand your expertise.

Master the Art of Retention & Sales
