This full-time opportunity offers 36-hours per week, full benefits, and a convenient night shift schedule. There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient care activities including monitoring cardiac telemetry rhythm strips, assisting with patient needs, and other related services.
- Recognize signs and symptoms of stroke and initiate stroke alert procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of stroke protocols through annual training.
- Be willing to cross-train and float to meet facility needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with active license in Florida
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform EKGs and pass arrhythmia testing within 90 days
- Computer skills including order entry and ADT functions
Role and Responsibilities
Provide patient care, monitor cardiac rhythms, perform receptionist duties, and assist with stroke alerts. Cross-training and floating are expected to meet facility needs.
