Associate Attorney

Prominent boutique law firm seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-10 years' experience with a strong foundation in various areas of law, including extensive community association (condominium and homeowners association) practice, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and miscellaneous real estate/business transactional issues. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn from a Florida Bar Certified Attorney and become an integral part of the Firm.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations as necessary.
• Collaborate with Florida Bar Certified Attorney on case management and strategy development.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association is required.
• 3-10 years' experience in a law office setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with community association practice, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and miscellaneous real estate/business transactional issues is highly desirable.
• Strong research skills and the ability to write clearly and persuasively are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
