Duda Farm Fresh Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support our transportation and supply chain operations in Wellington, FL. This is full-time office based position plays a critical role in coordinating the movement of finished goods and raw materials, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining transportation records, and supporting our commitment to customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation of finished goods and raw materials to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Schedule and manage transportation appointments with customers, warehouses, and freight carriers.
• Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery and communicate shipment status updates.
• Investigate and document transportation exceptions, including delays, shortages, damages, and temperature-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate shipment data within transportation management and business systems.
• Review freight invoices and transportation charges for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support refrigerated transportation operations and ensure compliance with transportation and food safety requirements.
• Maintain transportation documentation, including bills of lading, proofs of delivery, and freight records.
• Monitor carrier compliance documentation, including insurance and other required records.
• Prepare and distribute transportation and logistics reports as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
