* Work closely with management and department leaders
** Some of the key responsibilities include:
** The role of the Shift Supervisor is responsible for staff training and development and overall profitability of a high volume airport including:
* Service based sales management
* Staff training, development, coaching and corrective action
* Sales and financial reporting
* Staff performance management and team building to achieve sales & service objectives
* Maximise incremental sales through effective training and staff development
* Work closely with management and department leaders
** To be considered, you should possess:
*** Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
* Car rental experience is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
* Confident using computer systems and technology
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
* Valid New Zealand driver's license with a clean driving record
* Full working rights in New Zealand (current and ongoing)
* A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude!
