RN ENDOSCOPY

Responsibilities

Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy position at Wellington Regional Medical Center. Work day shift (40 hrs/week) with potential overtime and additional shifts as needed.

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to endoscopy patients and their families.
• Display competency in all aspects of endoscopy nursing.
• Assume charge responsibilities as needed.
• Perform on‑call duties for the endoscopy department.
• Support activities that align with the facility’s vision, mission, and goals.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate patient‑centered care and service excellence standards.

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program.
• Minimum of one year of Endoscopy experience.
• Minimum of one year full‑time or three years part‑time acute‑care specialty nursing experience.
• BLS (current upon hire).
• ACLS, PALS, and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire).
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
