This full-time night shift nursing position is available at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL, offering a 36‑hour work week, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for overtime and shift coverage.

Responsibilities- Coordinate activities and provide clinical and administrative leadership in defined areas of the facility.
- Manage multidisciplinary team members, ensuring safe and optimal health‑care outcomes.
- Support the facility’s vision, mission, and goals through professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times and maintain patient‑centered care as the foundation of nursing activities.
- Respond to stroke alerts, assist with telemedicine consults, and support thrombolytic therapy administration and endovascular treatment preparation.
- Maintain current stroke knowledge by completing NIHSS training and a minimum of 8 hours of stroke‑related training annually.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program (BSN preferred).
- Minimum three (3) years of acute‑care nursing experience. One (1)–three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Current Florida nursing license.
- Certification in area of specialty preferred.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certification and, if applicable, specialty training or course completion (current upon hire).
- Successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
