** We’re looking for a Staff Nurse or an experienced Nursing Associate to join our Ortho/Spinal and Neuro Inpatients team at the Wellington Hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC.As the Staff Nurse, working within our surgical unit, you will plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care whilst working within a multidisciplinary team, supervising and directing junior staff and also temporary staff.

As a Nursing Associate you will bridge the gap between healthcare support workers and registered nurses, to deliver hands-on, person-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team in a range of clinical duties such as monitoring, dressing wounds and communicate with patients about their condition.
* Registered Nurse Level 1
* NMC Registration
* Extensive experience as a qualified nurse or Nursing Associate in Ortho/Neuro Or Spinal is essential
* Completion of Level 5 Nursing Associate Foundation Degree (Nursing Associate)
* Completed Medicine Module as a Nursing Associate is essential
* Basic life support
