HOUSE SUPERVISOR RN NURSING ADMIN PER DIEM NIGHTS

Location:

Wellington, FL. This is a Per Diem Night Shift position at Wellington Regional Medical Center, a 235‑bed, acute care hospital owned by Universal Health Services.

The Nursing Supervisor will lead nursing care during the assigned shift, ensuring continuous delivery of patient safety and quality care.

• Plan, supervise, and evaluate nursing care throughout the hospital for the assigned shift.
• Collaborate with Department Directors and the Chief Nurse Executive to ensure continuous delivery of quality patient care.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, ACHA, AOA, and the Florida Nurse Practice Act.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure by the Florida State Board of Nursing.
• 5 years of clinical experience in acute care hospitals.
• Bachelor’s Degree required;
  Master’s in Nursing or other appropriate discipline preferred.
• BLS required (AHA).
• ACLS required (AHA).
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• Demonstrates effectiveness in leadership, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• High tolerance for stressful situations.
• Positive interpersonal relationship skills and strong people skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
