Nurse Recruiter Human Resources

Join us in the Nurse Recruiter Human Resources role at Wellington Regional Medical Center.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a convenient day shift schedule and full benefits.

Wellington Regional Medical Center is located in Wellington, Florida. It is a 235‑bed acute care hospital, owned by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. The hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and has served the community since 1986.

The Nurse Recruiter directs the facility recruitment strategy targeting qualified nurse candidates (RN/LPN). Responsibilities include developing and maintaining nursing school relationships, reporting recruitment statistics, networking, and special projects as assigned.

• Develop and maintain recruitment strategy for nursing positions.
• Build and sustain relationships with nursing schools.
• Report recruitment statistics and metrics.
• Network with potential candidates and participate in job fairs.
• Coordinate special recruitment projects.

Human Resources and recruiting experience required. Hospital experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration preferred. Florida nursing license and PHR certification helpful. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Knowledge of effective interviewing techniques, employment law, and applicant tracking software. Proficiency in Microsoft applications. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
