Position: Seasonal Ambassador
Hours: 0‑39 hours per week
Employment Type: Contract

• Driving Sales: Utilize Store Force dashboard results, seek feedback, and exceed sales goals. Take ownership of results and grow overall store sales.

  Deliver a world‑class experience to every shopper. Connect by listening attentively, asking open‑ended questions, and showcasing product benefits. Aim to leave every customer feeling the world Lusher than they found it.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values—Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in the shop, host store parties, and other initiatives to drive traffic and inspire impact.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge. Stay current on ingredients, benefits, and recommendations for every customer need.
• Development: Use Lush resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Own development, assess performance, and seek feedback and resources for growth.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and active listening. Promote teamwork, collaboration, and recognition of unique contributions.
• Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present. Prioritize well‑being, take necessary breaks, and stay updated on company news.
• Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Stock and Inventory: Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust displays in real time based on sales data.
• Policies and Procedures: Practice company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.

• Required:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred:
• Experience with consultation‑based customer service models
• Strong problem‑solving skills for day‑to‑day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages

Pay: $14.50 USD – $14.50 USD per hour
