Position:
Seasonal Selling Associate

The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging our customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

When assigned to the sales floor:

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales

When Assigned to the Cash Wrap:

• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items
• Recover cash wrap selling zone and "go-backs"

When Assigned to Processing And Replenishment:

• Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor
• Assist with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock

When Assigned to Floorset Activity:

• Execute floorset proficiently
• Understand and adhere to brand standards
• Assist with maintenance of back room and under stock

• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing as part of your daily tasks

$15.00 – $17.75
