The Client Advocate is responsible for the sale of products and services to clients/patients. They must possess complete knowledge of all products and services including Hormones, Peptides and Gpl 1. This individual is the direct point of contact with patients and ensures that their needs and expectations are fully met and they are completely satisfied throughout their relationship with RELIVE.
Responsibilities- Acquisition of new patients/clients through the follow-up of lead generation, referrals, marketing efforts, and events.
- Serves existing patients through follow-up of the effectiveness of current plans, monitoring results, and feedback.
- Meets and exceeds sales goals.
- Provides feedback on the effectiveness of marketing plans
- Full understanding of all services/ products/ operating systems
- Answers patients’ questions regarding products, services, and pricing.
- Resolves patient complaints and queries.
- Submits purchase orders and informs management of purchase actions.
- Maintains patient files with appropriate follow-up and updates
- High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- 3 years of general sales experience. Sales experience in the medical field specifically in Hormone Replacement Therapy/Peptides
- Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and achieve company-set objectives
- Maintain patience and composure in managing patient care
- Ability to work productively and effectively in an unsupervised environment
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communications skills
