Lift RF in Florida seeks a high-energy Fitness Manager to drive personal training revenue through Welcome Workouts, follow-up, and confident sales conversations. You’ll be the face of the PT department on the floor, selling and matching members to the right program while leading a sales-driven culture.
You’ll partner with the Regional Manager of Fitness and Personal Training to train your team, hit monthly PT revenue and package goals, and deliver an outstanding member experience every day.
