Field Service Technician - Wellington

We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our Customer Service team, supporting BSH consumers and customers across the Wellington Region. This is a hands-on role where you’ll diagnose, repair and install home appliances in the field, manage your van stock, and deliver an excellent customer experience every day.

You’ll work autonomously while being part of a supportive technical team, with ongoing training and exposure to a wide range of premium appliances.

Carry out Service Orders on BSH appliances in the field and workshop

Diagnosing, repairing and installing domestic appliances

Managing daily tours, spare parts preparation and van stock

Assist with refurbishment of return stock as necessary

Completing service documentation and administration accurately and on time

Handling customer payments in line with company policy

Supporting refurbishment, testing, training and technical investigations as required

Maintaining tools, equipment and company vehicle to required standards

Demonstrating a strong commitment to health and safety

Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude

Proven experience repairing appliances

Customer-focused approach with clear communication skills

Solid admin skills and attention to detail

Gas and/or refrigeration qualifications

Experience in a similar field service environment

Company vehicle, tools and uniform provided
