We are looking for an on‑call Crisis Support Worker to add to our team! A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families preferred. We will teach you the rest.

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Support Worker

As a Crisis Support Worker, you will assist children after hours. These situations may include transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in a moderate crisis. The maximum shift hours is 30 hours per week. The shift starts at 5 p.m. Your schedule is flexible, and you can choose the days that best work for you.

Support Workers may be asked to be with a child in a hospital or any of our offices in the area. We provide a company car, cell phone, and computer.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and who wants to help children in times of crisis. You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively and have a strong desire to advocate for children. This position is great for those looking for a part‑time job and wanting experience in the child welfare field.
