Crisis Support Worker - On-Call

Join our team! We are looking for an on‑call Crisis Support Worker to provide child‑focused support after hours.

• Assist children after hours by transporting them to new foster homes or helping in moderate crisis situations.
• Work up to a maximum of 30 hours per week on scheduled days of your choice between Monday and Thursday.
• Provide support at hospitals, foster homes, or our offices as required.
• Use the provided company car, cell phone, and computer to carry out duties.
• Shift begins at 5 pm, but schedule is flexible to accommodate your needs.

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous work experience serving children and families preferred.
• Compassionate, eager to learn, and a strong desire to help children grow and build coping skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for children.

Average hourly rate $14.00 (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
