Support Worker

Join us at 2INgage (also known as TFI Family Services) to support children and families. This is a full-time hybrid role with a competitive hourly rate of $19.17 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).

• Teach life skills such as handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict‑resolution.
• Help families connect to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
• Build positive relationships and advocate for kids and their families.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or an associate degree in Human Services.
• At least 2 years of previous work experience with children and families.
• A willingness to learn – we’ll provide training.

• Cares deeply about helping families.
• Is eager to learn and make a difference.
• Loves connecting with kids and helping them grow.
• Can stay positive, even during challenging situations.
