We're looking for a skilled CNC Programmer/Setter to join our clients growing team in Telford. If you’re confident programming and setting up CNC machines for milling and turning operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected name in the industry.

Responsibilities:

* Program CNC machines using Fanuc

* Set up CNC milling and turning machines for production runs

* Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications

* Select appropriate tooling and machining strategies

* Conduct first-off inspections and ensure parts meet tight tolerances

* Collaborate with operators and production staff to optimise workflow

* Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter

* Strong knowledge of milling and turning processes

* Ability to program using relevant control systems

* Skilled in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Working hours:

* Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00
