TPF Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a fantastic firm of chartered accountants in Tunbridge Wells, seeking an Audit Assistant Manager to join their team.

Our client is a well established firm of Accountants and Business Advisors based in Tunbridge Wells, which has enjoyed strong and consistent growth in recent years. They provide a full range of accountancy services and place real emphasis on the development, progression and reward of their team. The firm operates from modern, centrally located offices, offering a professional and welcoming working environment.

As an Audit Assistant Manager within the Tunbridge Wells office, you will take responsibility for delivering high quality audit services to a diverse client portfolio. Clients span a wide range of sectors including corporates, owner managed businesses, SMEs, charities, not for profit organisations and other specialist industries. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, work closely with the wider tax and business services teams on assignments, and play an active role in supporting and developing junior members of the audit team.

The firm offers a clear and structured path for career progression. This role can be shaped around the successful candidate's experience and long term goals, with genuine scope to progress into an Audit Manager position.

• ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
• Extensive audit experience, working within a Practice environment
• Confident and comfortable providing exceptional client service and delivery

• A dynamic approach - adapts quickly to change and is able to find smart ways to deliver the best results

• £50,000- £57,000 dependent on experience.
