School Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking to appoint a well‑organised, reliable and competent person to become our School Administrator at Stoberry Park Primary School.

• Provide administrative support in a small but busy office environment.
• Coordinate and maintain confidential records and documentation.
• Interact with staff, students, parents and external parties in a professional manner.
• Support the school team with routine and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Maintain the efficient operation of school office systems.

• Experience of a similar role at a school (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and IT skills, including competency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
• Flexible and adaptable to a variety of tasks.
