Salary: £18,117
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday to Friday – 27 hours per week (flexibility of days and times worked)
Beneficia though not Essential: A full driving license

What will I be doing day-to-day?- Compiling property details for sharing
- Preparing listings for Rightmove & Zoopla
- Assisting customers when the sales team are out
- Ensuring compliance by verifying AML documents (, bank statements, etc.)
- Handling filing, sorting post, managing deliveries and ordering office supplies
- Fast and accurate typing skills (around 45 wpm)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for compliance
